Welcome to Heritage Park!

The Heritage Park consists, among other things, of a pavilion, hiking trails, an amphitheater, a children's play area, a sliding mound and water games. Come visit us in large numbers. Heritage Park was developed by Graymont in consultation with the Greater Bedford community.

  • The park may present natural and man-made hazards. These risks and hazards include, but are not limited to, rough or uneven terrain, natural or man-made contaminants, sharp objects, rocks, roots, stumps, waterways, wildlife, slippery surfaces, and falling ice or snow.

  • You must follow all rules and regulations in the park and on our website and carefully read all warnings posted in the park.
  • The park is subject to weather conditions that can change quickly and without warning. Always be aware of your surroundings and adjust your activities accordingly. Children must always be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.

Notice to the park visitors: Use of security cameras

Graymont (QC) Inc. (hereafter « Graymont ») has installed surveillance cameras in the park.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CAMERAS ONLY RECORD OUTSIDE PARK OPENING HOURS.

THEY ONLY RECORD IF THEIR SENSORS DETECT MOVEMENT.

These cameras collect personal information from park visitors for the following purposes:

  • ensure the safety and well-being of park visitors;
  • ensure the safety of the park and the property within it;
  • ensure that the park remains free from criminal activity and illegal or inappropriate behaviour; and
  • ensure the protection of Graymont in the event of a legal dispute regarding an event that occurred (or allegedly occurred) within the park boundaries.

To ensure the accomplishment of these purposes, Graymont could communicate images captured by the cameras to judicial authorities and to public authorities in charge of ensuring the protection of the population and the respect of the Law, among which: the police, the Director of Criminal and Penal Prosecutions or any judicial authorities.

Any person concerned by the collected personal information may request to access or rectify his or her personal information or may request to withdraw consent to the use or communication of his or her personal information to the Director, Human Resources North America and Privacy Officer, Graymont’s Person in charge of the protection of personal information at the following address: privacy@graymont.com. Please be advised that conditions apply to the rights of access, rectification, and withdrawal of consent. Any request will be accepted or refused according to the criteria and conditions established by the Law or by our privacy policy.
